The staff at our church consists of Billie (youth minister), our music minister and the pastor.
Between our 3 families, there are 11 children, ranging in age from 1 to 13.
Since it would be very difficult for our 3 families to send an individual Christmas card to every church member, we opt to make 1 card from all of us. It is displayed in the foyer so that members can see it before entering the sanctuary.
Last year, it was just our pastor's family and ours, so we placed a photo of each family on a display board and wrote a Christmas letter to the church.
This year we were a little more creative. Our music minister's wife found a really cute idea in a craft book, and since there are so many kiddos, it was perfect. We included a letter again, and all 17 of us signed our names. (The kids' names are in order from youngest to oldest.)
We'll have to try to outdo ourselves next year!
