Happy Birthday...

...to our sweet 5 year old!

Yesterday's post was somewhat heavy...so today will be lighter.  I put together some collages from our celebration yesterday evening.

We had EG's requested dinner, then headed to Build-A-Bear Workshop with the gift card from Auntie Jill, Uncle Warren and Baker.  We didn't tell her where we were going, but as soon as we got there, she knew what to do, having watched her sisters with their gift cards this year!  She honed in on a pink bunny with flowers within about 10 seconds after hitting the door, and that was it!  Her bunny was transformed into Tiana, complete with crown!  And the name?  Yep.  Tiana.  Can you tell that's her favorite princess?  Here's a pic of the girls and Tiana from Disney World last year.

We finally made it home around 8:30 to open presents and have cake.  Each of her sisters either bought her something with their own money, or made something, or gave her something that is special to them.  It makes my heart melt to see these moments!

After presents it was time for cake!  She wanted a ladybug cake, so I made ladybug cupcakes, complete with homemade fondant ladybugs!  They were a hit!

Enough description...here are the photos!

We had a wonderful evening together as a family, celebrating the life of this precious girl that we are blessed to call our daughter and sister!
