Flashback Friday...

I've been inspired by Rachel to do a flashback on Fridays. So here's the first...

In honor of my rapidly approaching 8th wedding anniversary, I thought I would jump back to the year 2000! This was by far the best day of my life. We were so young and we just knew that we were ready to take on the world! We've had some great times and some not-so-great times, but I wouldn't change a thing!

(Sorry for the terrible scan! Has wedding photography changed in the last 8 years or what?!?)

Oh Honey, I remember so well this day..one of the poudeSt moments in my life! We not only gained a son but some great friends in his parents! Then you go and give us 3 blessings and we joyfully await #4!

You were gorgous, and the wedding party was so sheek back then. I remember Rhonda Banks' remarks about the colors you chose. You had all the favorite people in your lives participating and you hadthe best solo's in Mississippi! WOW!

Hey Shana! Sweet wedding pic!

THose bands are from inchbug.com. They are like giant rubber bands, come 5 in a pack. I never take them off. I am getting some for Bekah this summer for her juice box cup that I will be putting in her lunch box for school.

Shana and Melissa...Rhonda thought at first the color choice was quite different until she say the society page in the LR paper...that year Black and white for bridesmaids was the sheek thing to do!
We were all impressed that we did the "sheek thing" and didn't even know that it was "sheek"! and Rohnda, Ann and I laughed our heads off over that one! I also remember that I would not of been able to do what was needed the day befroe the wedding (bridal luncheon , etc) if it wasn't for Rhonda and Ann!!!
