Billie took JK on a date a few weeks ago. When asked what she wanted to do, she replied, "I want to go to the mall"...yes, that came out of my 5 1/2 yr old's mouth! Billie proceeded to tell her that the mall was a little too far away, (almost and hour) and her response was, "I guess we can go to the library then"...talk about bringing tears to your eyes! Billie and I looked at each other and he decided then and there that they were going to the mall, nomatter how far it was!
They had a wonderful time and her eyes were all lit up when they finally got home. I love to see daddies investing in the future of their daughters. Here are a few pics from their night...
