Nutcracker

Last Friday was our second time to see the Nutcracker. We decided that we would take the girls to see it every other year. The last time we went, JK was almost 6 and LB was 4. AA didn't go, so my mom stayed with her.

This year, JK is almost 8 (wow), LB is 6, and AA is 4. She was so excited that she was finally old enough to go! We had a blast and can't wait to take EG in 2 years when she's 4!

My favorite part is always watching the girls' eyes...they are always lit up! But as for the ballet part, my fave is the pas de deux between the Sugarplum Fairy and the Prince. Mesmerizing.

As for the girls:

JK -- "I liked the Sugarplum princess."
LB -- "I like the Jack in the Box girl." (she was doing flips all over the place)
AA -- "I liked, um, I think, all of it."

So there you have it. I have a photo of all 5 of us before we left the house, but it's on my other camera, so that will have to be added later. I may even throw in the pic from 2 years ago...my girls are growing FAR too fast!
