Last weekend we took a field trip to a dairy farm. Jennie, Scott and the kids were with us, which just made it all the more fun! The kids couldn't stand the smell, and Carson walked around covering his nose and gagging the whole time. They each got a chance to milk a cow and were able to watch the machines work as well.
A calf had been born the night before we were there, so they got to play with a baby cow, which they thought was pretty cool! JennahKay viewed the calf from the safety of Uncle Scott's arms and eventually overcame her nerves and touched the baby. AudreyAnn kept grinning at the calf and saying "she's a baby just like me!". Lorahbeth enjoyed hugging the calf and put on little dance show for the rest of the cows.
This was such a great experience for all of them. These are just a few of the 250+ pics that i took that day. The afternoon sun was perfect for shots of the kids, so i took advantage! enjoy!

What a fun and different activity for the girls. I'm sure that they have a whole new appriciation for their milk:)
